A while ago, I took my baby to Joey's groomer, recommended by a friend, for a shave and bath. The groomer was very attentive and gentle. I was worried my baby would be scared, but she was surprisingly relaxed during the shave and bath, and they even hand-blow-dried her fur instead of using a dryer. Her fur was shiny and healthy after the bath. I'll definitely come back next time!!

Um... Last Wednesday, April 2nd, 2026, I took him to the pet groomer because he had too much acne and I thought pet grooming could address this issue. I can accept that your company shaved him to look like a poodle, making him appear clumsy and harmless; at most, I'd give him an adjustment period. When I took him home, your company also mentioned that there was a scratch on one side of his front paw, which I could accept and understand. However, two days later, things weren't like that. I found a total of three injuries on his body, plus broken skin on the inside of all four limbs. At first, it was a dark brown color, and I thought he had stepped in poop, but... There was absolutely no smell. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that all four of the cat's limbs were broken, bleeding, and wet, like pus. I had trained this cat not to hiss or scratch people, and to let me pet, hold, and rub it. After coming home, it trembled for three days. I thought it was still scared, but no, it was because its wounds were in pain, so painful it was trembling. Now it won't let me touch or hold it, as if it resents our parents for sending it to suffer. I feel incredibly sorry for it. Your company's 1800 yuan grooming fee isn't particularly expensive, but it's not cheap either. Shouldn't preventing pets from getting injured be considered a basic obligation? Don't worry, I'm not seeking compensation from your company. I'll handle the necessary treatments and care myself. This post is for those who want to stay with your company. Let's learn from each other. Only three photos are available; the wounds on the other two bodies are covered by fur and can't be seen. The other two limbs were too painful to hold and photograph. Seeing my pet's skin gradually heal makes me so happy and grateful! The environment is always clean, and it was even renovated last year. Every time I take my pet for a bath, they patiently and meticulously explain what needs attention on my pet's body—they're so attentive!
